What Is A Maintenance Contract? This is a purchased contract that offers you content maintenance changes, content break fix services for your website. These services are not covered by software support since these services are not directly related to the functionality of the software coding or functionality. Proof of ownership may be required before support services are offered.
What Is An Upgrade Contract? This is a purchased contract that offers the contract owner either partial or full upgrade protection for any of the software products that you have purchased from Subnet Consulting Inc. Proof of ownership may be required before upgrade support is offered. If you submit a request for support and we troubleshoot the issue and it does not turn out to be our software that is the issue then that time becomes billable at that time. You should be sure that your problem you are experiencing is definetly 100% software problems (software is not acting correctly) and not an issue with your computer or browser related problems. You will be notified that your issue was not software problem related and is billable. You will then be sent an invoice for the time spent on your issue. This invoice must be paid immediately and any future requests for support will not be honored until any outstanding invoices are paid in full.
